SchoolStore.com and its affiliates (collectively "we") sincerely respect the privacy of its visitors. You are not required to provide any personal information in order to shop to benefit the school. We will never sell or share your name, school affiliation, email address, shopping preferences, or other personally identifiable information with any third party without your explicit consent. We have established strict security measures that are followed to protect any of the information you choose to share with us.

Visitor information that may be disclosed to third parties will consist solely of aggregated information on a set of visitors, never individuals, unless you so choose. The aggregated information will be used to better understand general site usage patterns, improve site usability, and add merchants and services that will better serve our visitor's needs and interests.

If you register with SchoolStore.com, we will be using your email address only to send you our periodic email bulletins and to alert you to special opportunities through which you may provide bonus support for the K-12 school you have chosen to support. SchoolStore.com is primarily directed at an audience of 13 years of age and above. SchoolStore.com does not solicit identifiable information other than first and last names, email address, school affiliation and zip code. SchoolStore.com takes the privacy of our users very seriously and we do not actively pursue information from users under the age of age 13. If a user is under the age of 13, we will attempt to block their access to the SchoolStore.com web site. We do strongly encourage parents to be involved in all of their children's online activities. SchoolStore.com complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and does not condition participation in an activity on our site upon disclosing more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in using the SchoolStore.com web site. SchoolStore.com makes a reasonable effort to insure that links from its web site do adhere and follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, but we cannot and do not guarantee that they do adhere to the guidelines. Rebates:

SchoolStore.com operates an interactive transaction service allowing access to third party merchant sites ("Merchants") from which users of the SchoolStore.com service ("Users") may purchase certain goods or services. SchoolStore.com makes rebates to a K-12 school designated by the User based on referral fees generated by the User's purchases. The amount of the rebate will be in accordance with SchoolStore.com's policy in effect at the time a purchase is made. User must designate the K-12 school prior to following the link to the Merchant's site to ensure proper credit of a rebate. User is not authorized to make any representations or warranties to a K-12 school regarding the rebate or the SchoolStore.com service. The rebates are made by SchoolStore.com and are not tax-deductible by Users or SchoolStore.com.

Referral Fees:

To generate a referral fee, a User must follow the link on the SchoolStore.com web site to the Merchant site, make a purchase, accept delivery and make payment to the Merchant. The amount of referral fees payable to SchoolStore.com, and therefore the amount of the rebate to the K-12 school, varies depending on the Merchant and may vary depending on the item purchased. Referral fees are subject to adjustment in the event of returns by the User and according to other terms and conditions between SchoolStore.com and the Merchant. From time to time, SchoolStore.com may publish the referral fee schedule established with participating Merchants. SchoolStore.com will make every reasonable effort to ensure that referral fees actually due are paid, but cannot warrant that the referral fees listed will be paid in every case.

Limitations:

User understands that SchoolStore.com does not operate or control the products or services offered by Merchants. Merchants are responsible for all aspects of order processing, fulfillment, billing and customer service. SchoolStore.com is not a party to the transactions entered into between Users and Merchants. User agrees that use of the SchoolStore.com service is AT THE SOLE RISK OF USER AND IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND BY SCHOOLSTORE.COM, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS SCHOOLSTORE.COM LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS AND MERCHANTS OR FOR ANY INFORMATION APPEARING ON MERCHANT SITES OR ANY OTHER SITE LINKED TO THE SCHOOLSTORE.COM SITE. SCHOOLSTORE.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO USERS FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND THAT MAY RESULT FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SCHOOLSTORE.COM SERVICE OR FAILURE TO MAKE REBATES TO THE DESIGNATED SCHOOL.

Merchant Policies:

Users who buy products or services from Merchants will be deemed to be customers of Merchant. All rules, policies (including privacy policies) and operating procedures of Merchant will apply to Users while on such Merchant's site. SchoolStore.com is not responsible for information provided by Users to Merchants. Merchant and SchoolStore.com are independent contractors and neither party has authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of the other.

General:

User agrees to use the service in accordance with SchoolStore.com policies and procedures in effect from time to time. User will not use the SchoolStore.com service in a manner that is prohibited by any law, rule or regulation. These terms of use are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without reference to its conflict of law principles and each User consents to the personal jurisdiction of the courts within the State of Tennessee for any action arising out of use of the SchoolStore.com service. These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between SchoolStore.com and User.
